Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Content/Creative Specialist to lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content and visuals for our clients’ digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll leverage your creative expertise and Generative AI tools to craft compelling blogs, social media posts, ad copy, infographics, and video scripts that resonate with target audiences and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop engaging written content, including blog posts, email campaigns, ad copy, social media captions, and website content.
- Use Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Writesonic) to ideate, draft, and refine content efficiently.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and client objectives.
Visual Content Development
- Design eye-catching visuals for social media, ads, and marketing materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI design platforms.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media Specialist to create ad creatives optimized for conversions.
- Work with video tools (e.g., Pictory, Descript) to develop short videos, reels, or motion graphics.
Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor trends and create content that drives engagement and builds brand presence.
- Respond to social media activity and engage with audiences where needed.
Creative Strategy
- Brainstorm and execute innovative ideas for content that supports marketing objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
Optimization & Reporting
- Optimize existing content for SEO and engagement using AI-driven insights.
- Generate reports on content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or social media analytics.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) and AI content platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Technical Skills
- Experience with AI tools for content and design creation (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly).
- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure content performance.
- Video editing or motion graphic experience is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
