Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Digital Marketing Strategist/Client Manager to lead strategic planning, oversee client relationships, and ensure the success of digital marketing campaigns. This role combines the creativity of a strategist with the organization and communication skills of a client manager. You’ll work closely with a lean team empowered by Generative AI tools to deliver impactful results efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Oversee paid media (Google Ads, social ads), SEO, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to streamline content creation, campaign ideation, and reporting.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and next steps through clear and engaging presentations.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to drive their success.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Provide clear briefs and timelines for deliverables.
- Use AI tools to create detailed reports, automate workflows, and optimize resource allocation.
Performance Analysis
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategies to improve ROI.
- Regularly report campaign success metrics and recommend optimizations.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and/or client management.
- Proficient in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics platforms and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Canva AI) is a plus.
