Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to design, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital channels. In this role, you will leverage your expertise and AI-powered tools to drive ROI for clients, ensuring campaigns are targeted, effective, and aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize performance.
- Use Generative AI tools for ad copy creation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Design and optimize Google Shopping Ads, dynamic retargeting ads, and performance-based campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Generate automated reports with AI tools to present to clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategy Development
- Collaborate with strategists and creative teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Identify new opportunities in paid media channels to expand reach and improve client ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on platform changes, trends, and tools to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Optimization & Testing
- Continuously test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Manage bids and budgets to achieve cost-efficient results.
- Implement dynamic remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage high-value audiences.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms.
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization techniques, retargeting strategies, and performance measurement.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others.
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Basic understanding of tracking tools, including UTM parameters and pixel integrations.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with clients and teams.
